Goodwood Electronics accepts all returns that are sent back within 7 days of receiving your item(s) for change of mind. Any return requests filed outside of this time frame will not be accepted unless the product is faulty.
Please note we do not refund the costs of shipping the item to you or the postage cost for returns. We suggest using Australia Post and obtaining a tracking number to ensure your item is returned safely. Please ensure that the item is still in its original packaging and is in the condition it was purchased in.
We offer a replacement or full refund for products that are confirmed to be faulty. Please email us directly if you believe you have a faulty product and wish to return it. We will work with you to resolve any problem you may have encountered. Please note that all products must be installed by suitably licenced and trained personnel. We may ask for Certificates of Compliance for any product that is being connected to fixed wiring. Any product that has been damaged due to abuse or incorrect installation will not be covered by our warranty. All products must be installed in accordance with the relevant Australian Standard and to AS3000:2018 for all fixed wiring devices.
We are not required to replace or refund an item if it has been damaged or mistreated in the standard installation process. This is in accordance with Consumer Affairs Laws in Australia. We take a lot of pride in providing the best quality items to all of our customers however if you have received an item and it is faulty or damaged or becomes so after a short time of use, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a full refund or return/exchange the item for something else.
